    Buy any go kart you can get your hands on, and put a 750 Kawasaki motorcycle motor on it, it will blow your mind!!

    your in the wrong section mate but anyway, it depends on what you can get hold of, the twin Honda engine pro karts will be your best bet but any 2 stroke is alot faster if you can get hold of one!
